Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Westbrook Field Press is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about proofing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
