Foxglove Timber Insurance Partners is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
