Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
