Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Stone Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
