Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Nova Timber Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Jackson area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
