Silverline Linden Telecom is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
