Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fern Arts Center Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
