Summit Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Tucson working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
