Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Northwind Rook Press is a printer and publisher in Philadelphia serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about paper stock. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
