Northwind Bridge Telecom is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment.
