Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Amberfield Clear Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Charleston working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
