Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath North Learning Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
