Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
