Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Lumen Quarry Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boise design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
