Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Amberfield Cross Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
