Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Greenridge Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Rochester, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
