Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Housing Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
