Clearpath Ember Press Group is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 401 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer orders.
