Nova Oak Civic Services works with county and city offices around Jackson, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
