Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight West Arts Center and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer programmes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
