Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Westbrook Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Nashville with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
