Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Amber Insurance and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 411 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
