Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Harborlight Oak Civic Services supports public agencies in Colorado Springs with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
