Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Bluepeak Glen Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about permits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
