Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Stonegate Bright Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Austin, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
