Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Memphis focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
