Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Virginia Beach focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
