We are growing our team at Harborlight Juniper Civic Services and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
