Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Legal Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about document review. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
