Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
