Cedar North Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
