Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Cedar Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
