Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Rivermark Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Hartford area. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
