Silverline Vale Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Detroit, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles.
