Clearpath Meridian Telecom is looking for a Senior Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 893 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets.
