Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Keystone Arts Center and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school partnerships. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
