Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Bluepeak Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Grand Rapids with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
