Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Logistics and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
