Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Energy Group and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
