Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Fernwood Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Antonio, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
