Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Community Partners and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
