Amberfield Ember Insurance is an insurance company in Providence with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
