Westbrook Timber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
