Bluepeak Ember Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
