Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Philadelphia, PA)

Foxglove River Community Partners runs community programmes across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
