We are growing our team at Highbridge Thistle Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
