We are growing our team at Fernwood Pine Water Authority and adding a Senior Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts.
