Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Wren Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter readings. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
