Lumen Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 460 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
