Senior Content Writer - help-centre articles (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Nashville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
